Job Description

 Planning
o Resource allocation, PJP of subordinates
o Primary customer targets, town/district/zone targets, secondary targets
o Demand Generation Activation plan
o Setting up of objectives and beat plan formulation of other frontline manpower like CCS etc ..
o New town/customer/business/product development

 Supervision and Monitoring
o Tracking primary/secondary sale achievements against plan
o Monitoring daily and monthly reports of subordinates including CCS
o Tracking van sale performance, regular weeding out of suboptimal routes
o Tracking progress of new town/customer/product plan
o Tracking progress on DG activation plans

 Communication/Facilitator
o Trade promotion communication to team and trade
o Scheme settlements with customers
o Customer query handling and closure
o Closing customer/product complaints
o Imparting relevant technical information on products to trade/team
o Link between the branch and front line sales team

 On field working
o Minimum 15 days working in market
o Imparting on the job training to subordinates – customer handling, product information
o Market Intelligence – information on key trends, emerging opportunities, competition strategy and pricing

Eligibility Criteria

The candidate should be an MBA in Marketing from local colleges in Karnataka.
Should have 3 – 5 years of relevant B2B work experience
Should be presently working in Bangalore
Only Male candidates are preferred.
Preferred Industry – Garments, Paints, Tyres, FMCG, Consumer durable.
