Job Description

To provide technical support for Zydex textile printing & dyeing products in a highly customer oriented manner.
To search and explore new areas and business units for business development.
Answer phone call, emails and letters and provide excellent customer service in a timely and efficient manner.
To engage in competitor mapping and conduct comparative analysis on techno commercial basis.
Document CRM requirement regularly.
Analyze the market trends and design the sales strategy.
Attending and resolving customer complaints in highly efficient manner.
Ensure call standards are maintained with respect to problem identification, proposed solution and conclusion.
