Job Description

Coordinating all the sales related activity in the department.
Writing up accurate and grammatically correct sales correspondence.
Target monitoring/ tracking sales orders ( Fresh & 2nd sales)
Effectively communicating with team members.
Supporting the field sales team.
Carrying out administrative tasks such as data input, processing information, completing paperwork and filing documents.
Coordinating sales promotional campaigns.
Completing the administrative needs of the department.
Responding to sales queries via phone, e-mail and in writing.
Accurately analyzing and assessing data.
Prepare and maintain MIS / daily sales report
