Job Description
Developing & managing a business operation PAN India that increases sales, profitability, market share, customer & client satisfaction by directing, coordinating & monitoring all sales, branch activities & personal development activities.Building and developing sales team through developing the work force and motivating them for revenue generation.Conceptualizing and implementing market strategy, contest and distribution network so as to achieve the revenue target as well as market share.To coordinate with other departments like manufacturing/production /logistics and training etc for smooth operations of business.To develop strategies for market expansion and developing new business units.To do regular reviews with the Sales force to assess their performance & devise an action plan for future growth.Strategizing and implementing for other areas like product mix, customer satisfaction and service, persistent and activation.Monthly planning for management for business production and recruitment.Other duties as assigned.
