Complete responsibility for developing & managing a business operation pan India that increases sales, profitability, market share, customer & client satisfaction by directing, coordinatingMonitoring all sales, branch activities & personal development activitiesFocus on building and developing sales team through developing the work force and motivating them for revenue generation. Other responsibilities include conceptualizing and implementing market strategy, contest and distribution network so as to achieve the revenue target as well as market shareCo-ordinate with other departments like manufacturing /Production / Logistics and training etc for smooth operations of businessDevelop strategies for market expansion and developing new business unitsDo regular reviews with the sales force to assess their performance & devise an action plan for future growthStrategizing and implementing for other areas like product mix, customer satisfaction and service, persistence and activizationMonthly planning for management for business production and recruitmentOther duties as assigned
