Job Description
Generate new accounts and develop business strategy for national and international markets by targeting multiple Rug retailer, furniture segments, wholesalers and partners that ensure attainment of company goals and profitabilityAttend national as well as international trade shows & exhibitions pertaining to the product category and building strategic plan to achieve sales targets and to expand the company's customer basePartner with multiple rug retailers and furniture segment to understand their needs and focusing towards Building & maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationshipWork closely with marketing to ensure consistent lead generationManage day-to-day performance of all sales team members and deliver reviewsTrack sales team metrics and reporting to leadershipEnsure correct usage of CRM and other sales applicationsCoordinate with the production department and keep a follow up with them regarding the production phase so as to ensure its timely delivery to customerWork closely with the production, design, marketing and logistic teams to ensure distributor requirements are met on a timely basis
