Job Description

Market the assigned Retail / SME products and grow the business through existing and new relationships.
Development of channels for provision of the highest level of service.
Achieve the sales budgets set for a channel or group of channels.
Build and manage direct and indirect sourcing channels, alternate channels.
Ensure valid documentation collection and hygiene checks to eliminate fraud documentations.
Grow the existing channels and develop alternate sourcing channels, telesales channels and referral channel to meet the current and future business projections.
Manage profitability – Productivity, Yield and acquisition cost within the budgeted levels.
Develop locations to deliver the optimum throughput and identify new business opportunities.
