Job Description

The job responsibility involves creating new design collections based on latest fashion trends for
international customers for Young Girl and Womens category. It requires the ability to spot
changing trends and maintain close co-ordination with clients in order to continuously develop
new samples, as per the needs of the clients.
Duties and responsibilities
Develop sample collection monthly for young girls and women as per latest global fashion
trends.
Managing the design process from conception of idea, through the various stages of
sample development process, to final styling. The range development has to be supervised
in the sampling department whilst balancing the commitment deadlines and sampling
capacity.
Responsible for sourcing and development of new prints, embroideries, technique mocks
etc. with changing fashion trends.
Liasoning closely with international clients on an ongoing basis to ensure that new design
developments are in-tune with the requirement.
Maintain cordial relationships with other departments in the organization
