Manpower planning & recruitment of all levels.Responsible for Statutory & Social ComplianceTo supervise the time office and attendance activities.Handling and completing the personnel records, including personal files.Must have good working knowledge of retention techniques/employee engagementHandling exit formalities to ensure smooth employee separation from exit interview till full and final settlementKeeping up to date with any modifications in HR / recruitment policy and ensuring that HODs are effectively briefed on any relevant changesTo play pro-active role in ensuring harmonious industrial relationsMust be aware of all labor laws, and also oversee the strict adherence to the sameTo carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to timeNOTE: Same industry candidates will be preferred.
