Job Description

Working with Design Teams (creation & cleaning), Vendors and Quality Control Departments
Setting and Checking Quality Standards and Delivery Timelines
Complete ownership of timely release of all skus under every design category for production
Accuracy of information in Book Pages
Creation of commercially viable designs aligned to various categories
Meeting design development & delivery deadlines- ensure required no. of design skus are production ready – clean / ready for printing, color separation & design mapping for catalogues & packaging
Approval of strike offs & color ways
Introducing new printing styles to match upgraded printing technology
Communication & Record Maintenance
Clear vendor communication to facilitate production true to the Book Pages
Maintaining design delivery record on weekly basis
Submitting monthly Design Tracker in line with the seasonal production plan to monitor team performance, foresee & preplan delays if any in production
Maintaining complete design data for all categories- bed, bath & co-ordinates
Team Management
Team management & talent development of the production designers
Guide & upgrade team members on working styles, usage of design tools & upgraded software techniques to enable faster production

Eligibility Criteria

  • Min 8- 10 years of experience required
    know about production processes
    work under pressure to meet deadlines
