Job Description
Periodically review the design elements for the LS concepts to introduce freshness and reflect changing trendsReview existing store designs for appropriate space planning, fixtures and enhancement of design and overall customer experienceBenchmark with international design standards, competition and local trends for designEnsure adaptations of new designs in existing stores to align with global Lifestyle look and feelNew stores- Manage the design development and execution, fixture development and quality as per Lifestyle standards and within timelines and available budgetMaintain complete documentation of project drawings, fixtures, sign offs and approvalsEnsure store readiness as per plan by managing the lead times for the various fixtures and elements (lighting, tiles, shop fixtures etc.)Maintain monthly MIS reports to track project status and capex and regularly update senior managementEnsure existing stores are aligned to the new designsConstantly identify and develop new vendors for execution of stores and to source fixtures as per designEnsure vendor rates are in line with market trends and acceptable costsReview vendor performance on periodic basisManage and improve employee retention and engagement levelsProvide team with opportunities to improve competency, skill and creativity in design drawingsBuild, coach, develop and motivate the team to meet and exceed performance expectations
