Plan and execute all web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaignsDesign, build and maintain our social media presenceMeasure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategiesPlan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experienceUtilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnelsCollaborate with agencies and other vendor partnersEvaluate emerging technologiesProvide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriateDevising strategies to drive online traffic to the company websiteTracking conversion rates and making improvements to the websiteDeveloping and managing digital marketing campaignsUtilizing a range of techniques including paid search, SEO and PPC.Overseeing the social media strategy for the companyManaging online brand and product campaigns to raise brand awarenessManaging the redesign of the company websiteImproving the usability, design, content and conversion of the company websiteResponsibility for planning and budgetary control of all digital marketingEvaluating customer research, market conditions and competitor dataReview new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.To monitor competitor activityTo support the marketing manager, and other colleagues
