Responsible to align the Talent Acquisition processes and procedures with Business goals.Compensation Review & Performance Management.Conduct Succession Planning exercise for the critical roles in the Organization.Manage Performance Improvement Plan (PIP) discussions of employeesDevelop & implement learning strategies in alignment of business needs by establishing various touch points with stakeholders & Director for capability building.Responsible for facilitation of planning & implementation of HR Strategy for as per organization business goals.Design comprehensive Rewards & Recognition frameworkPerform post implementation analysis & devise strategiesStrategize the long / short term directions by forecasting the future manpower acquisition, designing plans for acquiring skills and competencies and development of HR Budget.
