Sales support - Woven filter fabric & Nov Woven Fabrics including Made-ups, Industrial & Technical Fabrics. Responsible for managing overall marketing activities at regional level i.e. Tamilnadu & KeralaTo develop new businesses & maintain customer relation through direct selling & established , dealers at Regional level To provide pre- sales technical support to company customer base & also handle all issue related to implementation & post sales support Appointment of New Dealers/Distributors in your regionInteraction with corporate and institutional clients through meeting, phone and emailProducts presentation & understanding requirements of customer.Sending proposals, technical specification & quotations Follow up of prospective clientsCommercial negotiation & finalization of orderCustomer services & supportMaintain customer relationship for repeat ordersFollow up & coordination with the sales & administration department Payment collection, C-form Collection of sales proceedsDeveloping new customers in assigned territoriesCo- ordination with dealer & distributionWeekly meeting with finance department.Sending daily report to ho in the company formatYou are reporting to Marketing HODs and shall discuss all your travel plans, visit reports and business plans in details, to enhance the sales in your market segment. You are expected to plan visits in advance and travel by the right mode of commutation for carrying out your job responsibilities, which shall be mutually decided along-with management and as per Travel policy.As a marketing team member, you are expected to travel at short notices and on any day considering the urgency of the customer & marketing function requirements.
