Job Description

Timely prioritizing and follow up of clients requirements once the sampling / orders are placed, by understanding the importance & urgency of buyers requirements
Constant updating of sampling / order status to the clients
Planning, prioritizing & setting delivery dates for the various stages in sampling / order processing. (i.e. issues inquiries, orders, accessories, fabrics, labels, etc well in advance)
Anticipate bottlenecks in sample / order management and take preventive measures with a focus on client"s need and production centers capability/limitations together with your manager
Timely approvals & accurate information sharing on sampling / order requirements with the production centers / suppliers (e.g. ordering fabrics, labels & accessories, raw materials, etc)
Giving MIS report to management on weekly basis

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Post Graduate with relevant experience of 5 to 10 years.
Candidate should have experience dealing with stores in Europe and USA
