Job Description

Plan vs actual achievement in sampling and production (yarn /fabric).
Proper Shade matching/ lab dips matching and preparation as per SOP.
Prepare the job card for production and sampling and reconfirm the recipe from register.
Proper entry of recipe in DCS and cross check.
Responsible for RFT in Sampling and Production.
Give color addition from CCM in bulk lot.
Verify the color/chemical Solution preparation as per SOP.
Verify the lab dips sample preparation as per SOP.
Verify the salt and soda dosing as per SOP.
To plan the lab machine effectively.
In case of breakdown create EWR and inform to maintenance dept.
Proper the maintenance of machines and report to seniors.
Inter department meeting and discuss technical and general issues and their action plan.
Proper communication with subordinates about plan vs actual.
Give training to workers and maintain register properly.
Provide the WI/YI reports to production.
To implement and maintain 5s in section.
