Job Description

To plan winding machines with maximum productivity for better execution of PPC plan with minimum changes
Overall monitoring and alignment of the production for achieving dispatch goals
Implementation of new ideas for better utilization of man and machines
Introduction & implementation of different ideas for process improvement and quality
To monitor the performance of the department and guide the department as per need
To operate and maintain all machines with maximum efficiency
Coordination with internal customers & suppliers for smooth working of the department
To motivate all the workers and update the shift production record
