Job Description

Upcoming beam fall round and charge of pending work from previous shift.
Manpower allocation to their respective areas.
Manpower allocation for house keeping.
Quality round on every looms.
Monitoring of loom performance and corrective action on looms having higher breakage.
Councelling of weaver regarding efficiency of looms running by them.
Checking of all mechanical setting as well as well as fabric parameters for new start looms at every change over.
Completion of all documentation work like log book, chindi checking register,production register, loom card on loom.
Reporting to seniors regarding shift performances and issues.
