Job Description
Plan and execute all Web, SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns.Design, build and maintain our social media presence.In-depth knowledge & understanding of social media platforms like- Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, Youtube, Google+ etc. and how each channel can be used in various scenarios.Create and optimize Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, and Traffic Management.Planning, Executing and Managing Lead Generation, CPM, CPC and E-mail Marketing campaigns.Must have experience in Social Listening, Cross Platform Content Marketing, Community Building, Engaging Influencers, Brand Building & Reputation Management.Must be good at generating and executing Social Media Marketing Calendar, Social Media Analytics using various Tools, Competitive Analysis Studies, MIS Reports, Inter-Divisional Coordination, etc.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points.Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners.End to End execution of marketing projects and campaigns, including ideation, creation of collaterals, distribution of collaterals in various media and measurement and analysis of impact.Execution of Search Engine Optimization on a continuous basis.Execution of Social Media Marketing efforts.Creation and execution of SMS and Email based marketing campaigns.Continuous review and active management of website and other online assets.
