Heading the Compliance function to achieve and maintain compliance posture in the recruitment team.Proactively assess risks in the policies and processesConduct regular education (for Recruiters and all the functions)Building internal knowledge base Knowledge Management, FAQs, queries etc.Policy & process designEnsure documentation is up to date and every new change has an implementation plan before launchLiaise with other HR functions to ensure inter linkages in policies and processes are understood and taken care ofManage internal/ external audits and testing
