Job Description

Recruitment:
Responsible for searching the Candidates through Job Portals or Linkedin or other similar sites.
To schedule candidates.
To coordinate with Recruitment Process considering the Right Job Fit criteria vis a vis CTC Package as per Internal and External Alignment.
Joining & Induction:
Responsible for joining formalities, preparation and implementation of induction programme.
To get induction feedback.
Coordinating with all functional heads in order to shape up the On boarding formalities in sync with the plan.
Documentation and preparation of personal files.
Arrangement of Computer system/Laptop, Stationery items for new joiner.

Employees Engagement:
Preparation of HR Event calendar & Budget.
Maintaining elements like Employee discipline, grievance and motivation to keep cordial employee relations.
Coordinating various welfare schemes like Arrangement for celebration of special occasion /festival.
Employee counseling & problem solving.
Doing projects on Process/ Systems (Change Management), conducting Internal Survey.
Arrangement of Free Health Check-ups for employees.
Training & Development:
Responsible for Training Process.
Identifying training needs of employees through Training Need Identification forms for enhancing their skills.
Summary preparation.
Designing and facilitating Training programs, Training calendar and Training Budget.
Coordinating with trainers (External & In-house) and execute training program.
Maintenance of training records.
Assessing the effectiveness of the individual training programs by collecting feedback from concerned HOD and subordinates.
Trainer for various training programmes (Motivational, Behavioural, Health and safety, PPE etc).
Exit Process:
Resignation process and exit interviews.
Report Preparation.
Administration:
Responsible for Documentation as per Internal HR Audit system.
Responsible for maintaining the Office Transport Records
To ensure good coordination with Administration Team in the plant.
All other activities of HR like - Performance Appraisal, writing KRAs of all available Positions, Making Skill Metrics, Reports of Attendance, MIS Reports, etc
