Job Description

Understand, Identify and manage the training requirements
Undertake various training initiatives
Conceptualize training program and develop training content
Plan and assist in preparation of Training calendar
Conduct training sessions and learning programs for the identified group
Manage regular communications with program participants to increase engagement in program activities
Liaise with partners / institutions for external learning & development requirements
Collate data and share findings by generating reports based on information captured through Training MIS
Responsible to prepare the Training Budget for the region and keep control on the Expenses.
Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.
Organizing outbound training to improve team building and team motivation
Interpersonal effectiveness, ability to work effectively with employees and functional managers
Maintain communication with all concerned to achieve results

Eligibility Criteria

  • Graduate or Post Graduate or MBA in HR with relevant experience of 3 to 8 years
    Candidate should have knowledge and experience in designing, implementing training, taking training initiatives, L & D process, developing competence matrix and skill matrix and in delivering training program
    Candidate should be action oriented; constructive approach to challenges.
    Candidate should have ability to develop training program / course content, good communication and writing skills, very good language skills especially in writing, ability to convey pertinent ideas and views concisely, utilize consideration and tact while sharing view & opinions
    Candidate should have excellent presentation skills including excel and word
