Understand, Identify and manage the training requirements Undertake various training initiativesConceptualize training program and develop training contentPlan and assist in preparation of Training calendarConduct training sessions and learning programs for the identified groupManage regular communications with program participants to increase engagement in program activities Liaise with partners / institutions for external learning & development requirementsCollate data and share findings by generating reports based on information captured through Training MISResponsible to prepare the Training Budget for the region and keep control on the Expenses.Monitoring and reviewing the progress of trainees through questionnaires and discussions with managers.Organizing outbound training to improve team building and team motivationInterpersonal effectiveness, ability to work effectively with employees and functional managers Maintain communication with all concerned to achieve results
