Take care of plant, start with project & implementation of systems to improve the productivity, train the operators through team & set the targetsSelect the project in consultation with factory management teamPlan project methodology and form project team accordinglyTrain project team on the project methodology and various tools to be used in the projectGuide the project team while executing the projectEnsure achievement of targeted result, chalk out sustenance plan and hand over the project to factory teamDeliver other technical training as and when required
