Job Description

To monitor staff attendance & leave on daily basis and to submit analytical report on the same to immediate supervisor.
To assist in the process of doing quarterly performance and gradation of Corporate Head Office?s Staffs & Executives.
To conduct Exit Interview of resigned staffs and compile the findings to produce Exit interview report.
To ensure Final Settlement process of resigned /discontinued staffs and arranges their payments within the stipulated time in coordination with Accounts department.
To initiate and handle issues of disciplinary action & grievance as per company policy / Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and to conduct the same and submit report to the Management within stipulated time frame.
To prepare Office Note, Memo, Circular, Notice etc.
Additional duties & responsibilities as and when assigned by the Management.

  • Must have sound understanding about modern practices standard of human resource management and Bangladesh Labor Law.

    Computer literacy is must
