Job Description
Ability to take initiative for deciding customer visit plans for coverage of customers, Manage all communication with customers to maintain long term relationship through various modes such as personal visits, telephone and e-mail.Assist to regional manager in the development of the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product as per territory customers database, market trends, competitors activity, promotional strategy and sales effort.Prospect and meet the potential customer, understand the Need of the customer and Explain the products and features Maintain sales visits, sales calls and business register.Generate business from high & medium scale industries potential customers, ability to meet and discuss with Junior to senior most officials at the customers site.Managing the sales team, developing a business plan covering sales, revenue (outstanding collection), and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organisations presence throughout the assigned region.Day to day sales activity including customer visits, follow up for offer, outstanding payment, C form, ABG, PBG etc reporting to RSM on regular basis.
