Job Description

Strong leadership skills, well-developed analytical and problem solving skills.
Proficient with writing SOPs.
Proactive, hard working individual.
Demonstrated effective organizational skills, including the ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
Strong oral and written communication in (English and Hindi).
Able to manage multiple vocational training centers.
Willing to travel.
Experience in audits and quality control. KRA:
Team supporting in running center operations.
Monitoring quality control and audits.
Center Audit of New Proposals for Franchise association (Online and Physical as and when required).
Planning of Center Audits and mapping visits to the team.
Facilitation in Aadhar and Bank account opening of candidates enrolled at franchise centers as and when required by Franchisee training.partners.
Preparation of designs for DDU GKY branding required for different centers and mailing the same to respective TPs.
Ensuring the availability of Attendance register, trainer profile, DDU GKY Registration forms, Students feedback forms, relevant certificates of trainer and candidates, documents regarding center, DDU GKY branding and other required documents at the training center as per the norms of DDU GKY.
Regular follows with training centers regarding compliance of operational guidelines.
Guiding and assisting training centers for smooth conduction of assessments.
Responding and accommodating the recurrent requirement of franchisee with respect to allocation of numbers, approval of new centers, planned and random visits by NSDC, SSC and Scheme implementation authorities.
Supervising franchisee centers regarding marketing, counseling, training,operational record keeping and compliance of DDU GKY norms being followed by them or not.
Impaneling companies for placing the candidates trained and invoking letter of intent from them.
Providing Mobilization support of centers.
Keep in touch with government authorities
