Job Description

Responsible for the overall daily operations of a retail store.
Reporting to retail head regarding store targets and achievements.
Managing budgets, merchandising, and rotating inventory of stock.
Preparation of daily & monthly sales targets & maintaining the sales reports.
Maintaining VM execution on floor.
Making a good personal healthy relations with customer
Handling customer complaints, understand their needs & problems, delivering them the best of service
Placing of merchandise order as per requirement of the store with exact stock level & execute the retail operations process to achieve the required level of efficiency and quality customer service.
Grooming & soft skills training of respective team members.
Merchandise products displayed with signage
