Job Description

Consolidate the inputs received from various verticals and process the monthly payroll as per the biometric attendance data
Take care of statutory compliances such as PF, ESIC, Gratuity, Actuarial like Bonus, Leave Encashment and Gratuity
Attendance management via biometric and online module
Reconciliation of PF and ESIC details
Full & Final settlement of the resigned employees
Take care of registration of branches in shops and establishment act and its compliance
Prepare the functional reviews and various reports as per the business requirement
Laison with Government Authorities and legal consultants
Excellent presentation skills and advance excel exposure

Eligibility Criteria

Graduate or Post graduate with relevant experience of 2 to 4 years
Excellent written and Spoken English skills are a must.
