Job Description

Supervises and coordinates activities of the batch
Examines garments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
Trains workers by demonstrating work methods and machine operation.
Meet daily production target based on resources available in a line (machine and manpower)
Maintain low percentage defective or DHU rate of his/her line.
Line Setting, Line Balancing and WIP control
Capable to supervise, guide, control and motivate the workers.
