Job Description

Complete Network management on LAN, WAN, MPLS both domestic and international which includes all the locations
Managing the Network devices inventory, configuration, administration of LAN/WAN/Firewall Devices includes RF and WL devices
Co-ordinate and co-operate on all ISP related calls with vendor and internal customer where ever needed and maintain the Network uptime and performance
Train and develop the internal IT team members in their locations
Create the process for IT operations also operational procedures and SOPs for key Network activities
Support the IT Helpdesk in terms of giving all technical support inputs for their problems/tickets
Need to be good team player and adjustable to manufacturing industry environment
Take the lead role in new upcoming IT Infra projects for the group

Eligibility Criteria

Over all 5-6 yrs of experience in IT Infrastructure area and exposure in IT Projects
Hands on configuration experience in Network, Desktops/laptops/LAN/WAN devices
Configuration and troubleshooting experience is a must
Work experience in a complicated IT setup with mixed OS and Network platform
Experience in Structured cabling setup, IT server room and related back end services will be an advantage
Service provider co-ordination and managing /maintaining the performance with ISP
Education- UG: Any Graduate - Any Specialization
