Job Description

Sales / Business Development
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
Develop detailed territory sales plans along with Area Manager
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to needs
Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ services
Maintain excellent client relationship to promote sales as well as increase the basket of clients
Responsible to keep a strong follow up within the internal departments for after sales support as per commitment
Execute processes set for handling client enquiries with minimum TAT
Research and monitor client preferences to determine focus of sales efforts
Map potential clients and generate leads
Identify delays in delivery and its causes and report to relevant departments/clients and try for improvement
Responsible for analyzing the data based on the feedback from customer and service team
Prepare and present daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly sales data to the Area Manager; highlight the concern areas with recommended for the Area Manager to take corrective action
Gather market intelligence and customer information and provide feedback on buying trends
Keep a track on number of enquiries not resulting into sales and present the report to Area Manager for corrective actions
