Job Description
Sales / Business DevelopmentConduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needsDevelop detailed territory sales plans along with Area ManagerActively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social mediaSet up meetings with potential clients and listen to needsPrepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products/ servicesMaintain excellent client relationship to promote sales as well as increase the basket of clientsResponsible to keep a strong follow up within the internal departments for after sales support as per commitmentExecute processes set for handling client enquiries with minimum TATResearch and monitor client preferences to determine focus of sales effortsMap potential clients and generate leadsIdentify delays in delivery and its causes and report to relevant departments/clients and try for improvementResponsible for analyzing the data based on the feedback from customer and service teamPrepare and present daily, monthly, quarterly, yearly sales data to the Area Manager; highlight the concern areas with recommended for the Area Manager to take corrective actionGather market intelligence and customer information and provide feedback on buying trendsKeep a track on number of enquiries not resulting into sales and present the report to Area Manager for corrective actions
