Creating adequate work place with fully operational equipmentConsulting with sales people and clients about design requirementsAwareness of appropriate materials and production processes in carpet manufacturing.Producing CAD designs as well as on other softwares.Working with PR & Marketing around new launches Creating selling tools for design Creating digital library of all designsTaking good images of completed CAD workKey skills: Good visual and spatial awarenessWell-developed technical and creative skills, Commercial awarenessIT skills, including CAD , training in all or some of the following softwares:Photoshop, U4iaKaledo, Ned Graphics Texcelle, Pointe Carre, Apso Communication and interpersonal skills Preferable experience of working on prestigious high-end projectsHave good colour knowledge and free hand drawing skills, preferably on traditional and historic designs. Be familiar with working in scale and be able to create repeating patternsBe able to take a pattern and insert it on to a floor planBe fluent in both written and oral EnglishAttending trade shows and designing the booth as per product basket of the company. Also Designing company broachers and putting regular changes in company website based on the changes developed in the product by the company.Ready to give input in online sales and marketing by product positioning by changing the current story lines to new.Developing the idea into physical shapes by putting whole efforts with R&D team and management.Developing of product accessories such as labels/Belly bands and Headers etc.Visiting sites and other sources of ideas of design.
