Identify Training Resources. Co-ordinate with trainers on a monthly basis to obtain training content for the sessions conducted by them. Explore new learning design, tools and technology, drive piloting and assessment. Proven strategic thinking, analytical and creative problem-solving abilities. Support in convening program with multiple trainers and act as filler during the entire session. Comfort working in ambiguous, quickly-changing environments. Facilitating organization wise competency assessmentsPreparation of Training calendarWeekly and Monthly Assessment Report extraction and AnalysisManaging the assessment system and enhancements Facilitating organization wise competency assessments To carry out any other tasks assigned by the Management from time to time.
