Job Description
Monitor balances in each bank account and cash positioning on a daily basisDrawdown & repayment of loans - as required, and prepare instruction letter.Purchase & redemption of Mutual fund - as required, prepare instruction letter, reconcile movement in units and value, dividends earned with bank statement.Prepare fund transfer & upload document required in E-banking platformFollow up with banks to ensure timely credit of fund to our bank accounts.Submission of Bank Accounts and Trade Finance balances to Group Treasury PlatformAssist in the preparation of regulatory reporting :Monthly : Stock Statement SubmissionQuarterly :Annex VI Self certification of amount booked/ cancelled under past performanceUnhedged Foreign Currency Exposure Self CertificationAnnuallyArrange issue and renewal of bank guaranteesAnnual PP Certification (to banks for FX limits certifications from Auditors)Annual SE Certification (to banks for FX limits certifications from Auditors)Unhedged Foreign Currency Exposure Annual CertificationAnnexure VII Statement giving details of import/export turnover, overdue and existing limit for booking of FW cover based on past performance.Revaluation of FW covers as at year end & Mar next year at IFRS and AS11 standard for statutory auditNotes to account for Foreign currency exposure for statutory auditSubmission of CRISIL statements for renewal of annual ratingCMA (Credit Monetary Appraisal & Multiple banking facilities renewal request) to BanksDeclaration to Reserve Bank of India : Annual return on FLA (Foreign liability & assets) - yearly by 15thJul and FCS (Survey of Foreign collaboration in Indian Industry) - bi annually to FIRMS (Entity Master of the Foreign Investment Reporting and Management System)Coordinate circulation and signing by company secretary and finance director of certification / declaration of company information and statutory reporting for submission to banks from time to time.
