Job Description

Person will be a Senior Management Member in the Unit. Will be responsible for all operations related to production/ Operations/ Management.
Will be responsible for the Leather Safety Gloves ,Planning,Production.
Will be maintaining the daily and Monthly performance report of the Unit production and submitting to the CMD.
Will be responsible for maintaining the workforce of the group and keeping harmonies relationship with the departments.
Will be Managing the entire workforce of the organization.
Will be responsible for keep the unit up and running and take it to the next level.
Sound knowledge of Leather safety gloves is must.
Good Analytical, Management and Leadership skills is needed.
Should be target oriented and sound understanding of PPE( Safety Gloves) will be an advantage.
Should be target oriented and have good experience in client dealing and customer handling.
Good presentation and communication and writing skills is required.
Prior experience in (PPE) Personal protective equipment will be preferred.
