Job Description

Grow sales for the Domestic & International market by driving resources to attain sales and profitability targets.
Manage customer relationships with key customers of Trident.
Review inquiries and requests for proposals (RFPs) and ensure speedy submission of bids.
Review/recommend/suggest pricing depending on the value of the deal and the quantity of purchase.
Planning and distribution of sales targets F.O. wise/ SKU wise/ Distributor wise/ Route wise.
Tracking daily sales, performing gap analysis vis--vis targets and take corrective actions.
Ensuring achievement of targeted MOM growth and YTD growth targets.
Ensuring special efforts are put in the major initiative/ Focus Brand/ SKU of the month.
Institute and monitor systems for tracking of customer inquiries.
Commercial aspects of sales stocks and overdue.
Ensuring improvement in distribution of key products.
