Job Description

To lead Design, Development, Testing, Implementation & Modification of applications using Time & Attendance/ Payroll/ E-Recruitment/ PMS/ PA/ T&D
Complete SDLC/ ASAP for a project/sub project Ensuring that all documentation are properly developed & updated. A comprehensive training for the end-users
Optimization and enhancement of the current running applications and modification as per changing business process
Provide professional guidance through performance management, training and coaching etc to core module users and regular training for other users
Maintaining the already implemented projects & Sub-projects as per the new requirements/changed needs
Work with Functional team to assess operational & quality related issues, identify gaps, and manage closure of gaps, including effective Error Trend Analysis and Problem Management
Work with incumbent support partners to report and resolve any program related error with the HR processes
To integrate well with new technologies or systems of acquired companies.
