Job Description

Business development activities inline with marketing strategy & lead generation
Market intelligence & participation in marketing events
Participation in company initiatives - encouraging members for ownership
Ensure achievement of set targets (value and volume) for the geographical area handled
Ensure balanced capacity booking with consultation with manufacturing and PPC team
Verify and approve customer proposals and help in order finalization
Customer retention, brand building & complaint redressal in time
Team development acting as a coach for the team members & maximizing their output
Help account managers in effective order execution
