Job Description

Plan loom-shed for better execution of PPC plan with minimum style changes
Monitor loom shed productivity so as to avoid variation between actual Vs planned production
Maintain quality standards as per the customer requirements
Communicate the department production targets to the shift in-charge for better planning
Discussion / coordination on daily basis with PPC & Prep for the changes ,requirements of the qualities to be produced / running in department
Prepare & implement plans for efficiently usage of raw materials, manpower and equipment to meet the production targets.
Review the quality & quantity of the production and capacity utilization of the section.
Help in optimizing savings through process improvements, quality enhancements & development of new systems.
Prepare budgets and control the spending for all activities and operations of the section.
Monitoring breakdown trend and plan for development / up gradations for repetitive failures of machine.

Eligibility Criteria

  • B.Tech or B.E textile with relevant experience of 10 to 20 years
