Ensuring effective running of operations in the units.Facilitating effective planning of different styles for the optimum utilization of the capacity.Ensuring cost effective operation process with effective man machine ratio / SAM cost to have an edge in the competitive business.Ensuring timely delivery of products.Responsible for delivering defect free high quality apparels.Ensuring smooth coordination between different departments within the unit and across the units.Responsible for effective utilization of machinery.Managing operations with effective manpower planning.Liaison with buyer and buyer's representative.Address the customer queries / feedback in coordination with the operation team.Coordination with the different technical teams for the hassle free operation process.Building cohesive team for meeting the changing business needs.
