Job Description
Provide counseling to the workers against need and identify problems of workers & provide solutions against problems with coordination of all concerned department .Run the function of grievance management and counseling for the workers as per guideline of labor lawConduct the induction process to ensure proper orientation for new joiners.Monitor and control daily absenteeism and turnover of workers.Execute WPC and Industrial Relation matters to promote voice of the worker.Supervise the compliance issues of factory floor workers in accordance with the buyer compliance standards.Prepare and manage the maternity benefit payout for female workers.Communicate with the management team to make them updated regarding employee welfare issues when necessary
