Employee welfare activitiesConducting various awareness programmers for the workers.Conducting & monitoring various committeesAwareness among workers on PPE materialsCommunicate to the workers to build a healthy working environment.Monitoring creche, health center and canteen facilityInteract with head office Welfare Officer for related welfare activities.Keep a vigil on Employee activities inside the company premises.Works harmoniously with others to get work done, responds positively to instructions and procedures, able to work well with staff, co-workers, peers and managers, shares critical information with everyone, values working relationshipsPersonally responsible, completes work in a timely, consistent manner, works hours necessary to complete assigned work, is regularly present and punctual to work, is committed to doing the best job possible, keeps commitmentsWrites and speaks effectively; demonstrates openness and honesty; exercises a professional approach with others using all appropriate tools of communication.Undertakes additional responsibilities, responds to situations as they arise with minimal supervision, makes constructive suggestions; Take care of compliance IssuesEmployee relationship management:Implement & monitor discipline among the workers and conduct inductions clearly stating the dos & don't.Attend to any grievances of the workers and bring to the notice of the seniors.Solve grievances related to Bank discrepancies and render help in opening new accounts.Assisting team membersAssisting & guiding assistant HR in his workAssisting Accounts department in disbursement of wages to the workers.
