Job Description

Conduct the awareness program on rules and regulation compliance issues, health and safety, first aid etc.
Conduct workers awareness & training program
Workers & staff welfare and counseling
Ensure congenial work place
Collect the employee's grievance
Solve the grievances on top most priority basis
Ensure the hygienic atmosphere in the workplace
Keeping official record on welfare management
Take care of workers,special care of pregnant worker
Ensure all over welfare activities as per law&police
