Job Description
Responsible for maintaining harmonious relationship between factory management and workers.To bring to the notice of the factory management, the grievances of workers, individual as well as collective, and redress them accordingly.To study and understand the point of view of labour in order to help the factory management to shape and formulate labour policies and to interpret these policies to the workers in a language they can understand.To advise and assist factory management in making provisions for amenities, such as canteen, shelters for rest, crches, adequate latrine facilities, drinking water etc.Periodical inspection of canteen, drinking water and food to ensure health and hygiene of employees.To take factory round on daily basis and to conduct tool box talk on shop floor on various company's policy and practices.To manage various committees such as Works committee, Internal Committee and canteen committee and to ensure the meeting is as per schedule.To assist in various HR activities such as Trainings, engagement etc.
