S.I.BASHIR &CO was incorporated in 1978 with single facility for procure sale of raw hide and skin under able and active guidance of Mr. Bashir Ahmad who is well versed in leather business. In the first few years of its operation the company has witnessed tremendous all around growth in its business. The markets have been widened with prestigious customers from leather industry as a result we establish our own tannery equipped with all modern machines at newly developed kolkata leather complex. Where we produce different kind of leather to nurse our export as well as our domestic requirements.
At present We are manufacturer & exporter of finished leather and leather goods .we have our own leather goods factory equipped with modern machines where we produce different kind of men’s wallets, ladies wallets and pouches. Our production capacity stands at: 50000 pics leather wallets, and 100000.00 sq ft of finished Goat crust leather.
The company operates its manufacturing facilities in and around the city of Kolkata in its own factories and export directly to EUROP, USA. CANADA and Gulf countries.
We have a work force of 25 people under the Guidance of Mr. Riaz Ahmad who is at present owner of company and taking care of the management, Production planning, Merchandising, logistic, product development and QC. India is an abundance treasure of leather In spite of this we also buy quite a lot of imported leathers. From Turkey. Brazil and Saudi Arabia
