We take the honour of being pioneers in Textile industry at Solapur, Maharashtra INDIA.We operate a complete in-house Solapur Chaddar& Turkish Towels manufacturing units . Sri Sureshchandra laid the first brick of "Pushpa Textile " under the chairmanship of Shri Ramkisan R Rathi also known as R R Rathi in 1974 to cater the textile need of local customers .It started with a merge of 12 looms and went to expand into 200 looms and a complete processing unit today . The new generation our coming up with more additions . 

With the emerging trends in the Garment industry, Pushpa Textile, is now setting up a state of the art, multifunctional Stitching/ Garment Unit.

Process 

Based on present apparel industry, garment manufacturing processes are categorized :

A)

Pre-Production Processes - Pre-production process includes sampling, sourcing of raw materials, Approvals, PP meeting etc. Read this for further reading on pre-production processes.

B)

Production processes - Production processes are cutting, sewing etc.

C)

Post production processes - thread trimming, pressing, checking, folding and packing, shipment inspection etc.
