The Company has successfully increased its installed capacity of PEDA to 6,000 metric tonnes (MT) per annum, supported by continued investments in in-house Research and Development initiatives. This capacity expansion positions India Pesticides to better meet the growing demand for Pretilachlor Technical, both domestically and internationally.
Further, the Company intends to increase its PEDA capacity by 2,500 MT per annum, with the target to reach this new capacity by the end of Q2 FY26. Upon completion, the total PEDA capacity will reach approximately 8,500 MT per annum.
This expansion initiative is aligned with the Government of India's “Aatma Nirbhar Bharat” program, focusing on strengthening domestic manufacturing and reducing dependency on imports
