12 ReTech changes name of its apparel subsidiary

The software company, 12 ReTech Corporation, has changed the name of its apparel subsidiary to Emotion Fashion Brands, which sells apparel under the Emotion Fashions, Lexi-Luu Dancewear and Punkz Gear brands. Emotion Fashions supplies the women’s contemporary market with stylish and comfortable apparel that fits the multi-faceted lifestyle of today’s woman.

Hub Blanchett, Emotion Fashion Brand’s CEO commented, “We decided to change our corporate name to Emotion Fashion Brands, as we think that the new name better communicates our desire to provide a wider selection of apparel to our consumers. Today, we are selling contemporary fashion, but we will soon be providing activewear, casual wear and office wear designs to our consumer base under the Emotion Fashions brand. In addition, we have consolidated our Lexi-Luu Dancewear, Punkz Gear, Skipjack and Cleo VII brands to operate inside Emotion Fashion Brands.”

Emotion Fashion began its rebranding efforts by redesigning its Instagram page and will soon unveil its redesigned website which will feature 12 ReTech’s best e-commerce technologies which are designed to engage shoppers and boost sales conversion.

Blanchette continued “We believe that fashion is something that you want to be seen in and that encompasses more than just clothing. While apparel is something you just wear, our Emotion Fashions will be `Fashion For Every Mood… and Every Woman!’ As we grow, it will feature a wider assortment of fashionable larger sizes not offered by most brands. We understand that our demographic contains larger sizes and we want our brands to be inclusive for all the shoppers of that demographic, while still being fashionable and comfortable. We also believe in giving back to our communities and therefore we will embrace causes important to women that resonate with us and our customer base.”

Emotion Fashions supplies the women’s contemporary market with stylish and comfortable apparel that fits the multi-faceted lifestyle of today’s woman.

Angelo Ponzetta, 12 ReTech’s CEO stated, “I am pleased with the progress being made on the Emotion Fashion Brands business plan centered around an effective e-commerce strategy. We plan to sell first in North America and soon thereafter in the rest of the world. Our North American strategy is to recruit wholesale business accounts and also to court the direct to consumer channel. Our rest of the world strategy is also making good progress where we have garnered the attention of several large distribution houses for our apparel products. We have completed moving our factory from Los Angeles to Salt Lake City and we have just started earning revenue from our microbrands. I look forward to the future announcements of progress being made in both sales territories.” (SV)
