57% of Cambodia's 2022 exports garment, footwear, travel accessories

Garment, footwear and travel accessories accounted for more than half (57 per cent) of Cambodia’s total exports last year, and were valued at more than $10 billion. Cambodia exported more than $9 billion worth of garments last year—a rise of more than $1 billion, or 13 per cent year on year (YoY). Footwear exports were valued at $1.737 billion—up by 25 per cent YoY.
Exports of travel accessories were valued at $ 1.777 billion last year—up by 19 per cent YoY.
However, garment exports may face some challenges this year as orders did not rise in the first month, according to a Cambodian newspaper report.
