The chief executive of Alvanon, Janice Wang will be a speaker on 'Employee engagement: from the quest for the 'Holy Grail' to a 'New Deal' to reconcile individuals and organisations' at the breakfast briefing of French Chamber of Commerce and Industries (FCCI) to be held on 3rd December, 2015, according to a press statement released by the company.

Representing Alvanon, a sizing and fitting solutions provider for the apparel industry, Wang will speak at the briefing to be held at The Foreign Correspondents' Club in Hong Kong. Other speakers of the briefing include Joelle Meric, managing partner and chairman of Carewan Asia, and Bernard Coulaty, vice president-human resources of Pernod Ricard Asia.

“Speakers and panellists have been tasked to share our experience and vision of motivating and retaining employees. I have a particular focus on restoring and incubating 'local' design talent and technical skills to Hong Kong's fashion sector and have clear ideas as to how successfully industry players can help this process and generate a positive outcome for their own companies and regional economy,” Wang said.

Janice Wang will also join fellow panellists Paul Lam, general manager-organisation development and human resources of Chanel Limited, Hong Kong and Macau, and Laurent Marvy, regional director-leadership and talent development of AXA Asia. (MCJ)
